Browse Product Categories

You can navigate or browse through the site by going through the various departments such as Bakery, Beverages, Household, etc., (Located on the top menu bar) and further to the Sub Departments such as Biscuits, Breads, which can be selected from the dropdown menu of your screen when you select department.

Add to cart

Within these Departments you will be able to add any item to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button or check on product to view product details

Select Delivery City

If you haven’t selected your delivery city, you will be prompted to select your Delivery City – your delivery location should be located within the city you select , if you want to place a pickup order select the outlet you want to pick up from.

Added to the Shop Cart

Once an item is added, the button will be disabled. This is an indication that the item you selected exists in your shopcart. The “More…” link will give you a detailed description of the product with an enlarged image of the item.

View Shop Cart

When items are added to your shopping cart, the number of items and the total will appear on the top right corner next to the search bar. Hover over the shopping cart icon and a preview of your shopping cart will appear, click the “View Shopping Cart” button to view your shopping cart.

Check Out and Proceed

Once you have added all your preferred items to your shopping cart, click the “Check Out” button, in order to proceed with your purchase.

Next you will reach your “Shopcart”, within the shopping cart you will get all the items that you have added to your shopping cart. To change the quantities of any item, change the quantity in the “Quantity” box, and click “Update Cart Items” button at the bottom of the page. You will then see the updated price in the“Merchandise Cost” box.

Remove Product Items

To remove one item from shopping cart, click the“Remove” link displayed for that particular item.

Payment

After you’ve finished shopping, press the “Check Out” button to proceed to the payment process.

Update Information

You will see the following form with your details. once you have edited your information click the “Update” button and you information will be updated!

Add items to the cart

Once you have added your items click the “Shopping cart” button to view the shopping cart.

Click Save Cart

At the bottom of the shopping cart click the “Save shopping cart“button, You will be asked to login if you haven’t already.

After you have logged in, the “Save shopping cart” Page will appear, enter a name to your shopping cart.

Once a name is given click the “Save shopping cart“ button and your shopping cart will be saved.

Log in

Once you have logged in, click on the “Saved Shop carts” link on the top of the page.

View saved cart

All your saved shop carts will be displayed, click the “Continue” button for the respective saved shopping cart to continue shopping with that shopping cart.

Log in

Click on the “Login” button and the login form will appear.

Click on "Forgot Password"

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the form below.

Enter Email Address

Once you enter the email address and the Captcha on the form an email will be generated to the provided email address with a link to reset your password.

Check your email

Click the link given in the Password reset email and you will be directed to a form change your password.

Enter your new password

Enter the new password and press the “Submit” Button to complete the process.
